Qinhu National Wetland Park, located in Jiangyan District, Taizhou (Jiangsu Province), is a 5A-rated national wetland park and China's second nationally accredited wetland reserve. Spanning 26 km² with 72.9% wetland coverage, it features geothermal springs, semi-natural farming wetlands, and diverse wildlife including milu deer and migratory birds. Famous for its annual Qintong Boat Festival and "Qinhu Eight Delicacies" cuisine, it blends ecological conservation with cultural heritage.
Qinhu National Wetland Park is a 5A-rated national tourist attraction and China’s second nationally designated wetland park (2005). Situated in the Lixiahe Depression, it preserves a unique freshwater ecosystem where the Yangtze and Huai Rivers historically converged. The park’s 37% water coverage and pristine wetlands earned it titles like "Pearl of Water Towns" and "Natural Oxygen Bar" (6,000 negative oxygen ions/cm³).
